I should know….I work in merchant disputes for a very large bank, and we process disputes against these people ALL THE TIME. Their rating with BBB is ‘F’ and for very good reason. What they are doing is not fraudulent, , but very bad business practices. Eventually they will lose the ability to even process payments from Visa and MasterCard if enough people file disputes against them. Don’t waste your money on this site. They don’t deliver the services that you pay for, they don’t/can’t fix the problems that occur and everything about the site says scam.
